Andaman Expeditions arranges and designs tour packages, hotel reservations, transfers, excursions, activities, meetings, events, and conferences in association with trusted service partners. While confirming services, we follow their terms but strive to minimize losses to our clients due to cancellations.
Cancellation Policy on Private Tours
- Booking cancelled before 1 month: Full Refund (S&P Fees Rs.1000 per person applicable)
- Booking cancelled before 15 days of arrival: 25% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled before 7 days of arrival: 50% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled within 7 days of travel or no show: No refund
Cancellation Policy on Group Tours
- Booking cancelled before 1 month: 15% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled before 15 days of arrival: 50% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled before 7 days of arrival: 75% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled within 7 days of travel or no show: No refund
Cancellation Policy on Hotel & Resort Bookings
Note: Some hotels may have unconditional cancellation policies; confirm before booking.
- Booking cancelled before 1 month: Full Refund (S&P Fees Rs.500 applicable)
- Booking cancelled before 15 days of arrival: 25% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled before 7 days of arrival: 50% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled within 7 days of travel or no show: No refund
Cancellation Policy on Sightseeing & Excursions
- Booking cancelled before 15 days: Full Refund (S&P Fees Rs.250 per person)
- Booking cancelled before 7 days of arrival: 15% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled before 2 days of arrival: 25% of package cost retained
- Booking cancelled within 48 hours of travel or no show: No refund
General Terms for Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be in writing or via email from the registered email ID: contact@andamanexpeditions.com
- Refunds will be settled within 10 working days via the same payment method. No interest applies.
- Andaman Expeditions is not responsible for additional expenses outside the package.
- Personal cancellations after tour commencement are treated as deemed cancellations; no refund.
- Bookings may be terminated for misbehavior or rule violations; no refund applies.
- Incomplete payments may lead to cancellation per policy.
- Andaman Expeditions is not liable for flight cancellations, delays, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other travel disruptions.
- No liability for curtailment of tours due to force majeure or unavoidable circumstances, but rescheduling will be attempted per service provider terms.
